  • IconThese classes will teach you the basic movements and exercises in a slow, controlled environment with a coach
  • IconWe cover all topics such as proper form, recovery, and how to scale workouts to your fitness level
  • IconThe RPM beginners class consists of 2 technical mandatory “watch, do and learn” classes and 2 regular classes
  • IconAfter completing these sessions, members can enroll in regular memberships
  • IconThe course will be held in English, with a splash of Dutch and Papiamentu.
  • IconCosts are XCG. 100 and must be paid at the CrossFit RPM. Payment by card only.

Remember this: Everybody once started with a beginner’s class and worked hard for where they are now. You can also do so all at your own pace and feel great doing so. It’s recommended to start with a beginner’s program at “Crossfit RPM” this to learn the foundational movements and techniques. This will help ensure that you maintain proper form and reduce the risk of injury. CrossFit is a personal challenge. It’s you against you.

The founders and their vision

CrossFit Reps per Minute (RPM) was born from the collaborative efforts of four fitness individuals: Liz van de Laar, Zjanthi Trapenberg-Johannes, Nimrod Thielman, and Nikita Noordstar.
