The founders & vision

CrossFit Reps per Minute (RPM) was born from the collaborative efforts of four fitness individuals: Liz van de Laar, Zjanthi Trapenberg-Johannes, Nimrod Thielman, and Nikita Noordstar.

Founded by a passionate team of fitness enthusiasts who've walked the fitness path themselves, their mission is clear: to provide an accessible, enjoyable, and transformative active lifestyle for everyone. They know firsthand what works and what doesn't, and that's what sets them apart.
